I have two dogs that Dr. Schmitt has been seeing for over a year. He has done two very successful surgeries on the oldest dog, one was a teeth cleaning (which at eleven he had never had) resulting in two extractions and periodontal work and the second was a knee ligament replacement. Both were tough assignments, but he and his staff handled them both extremely well, always keeping us advised of the status and working with is to make the situation as comfortable as possible.

Dr, Schmitt has been excellent too at follow up, initiating calls to us to check on the status, and was always available for questions, even after his office closed. Our other much younger dog had a coughing incident that was scary, but they got us in to see the doctor immediately and handled the situation with care and consideration.

I strongly recommend this vet for dog care. They are professional, caring, capable and I think reasonably priced.

Tucker is an 11 year old German Shepherd Mix.

Maverick is a 3 year old Mix.
